Looking for some great rallies and rides in the New York area, we suggest checking out the American Bikers Aimed Toward Education (ABATE) corporation. This organization helps riders and enthusiasts come together to obviously ride, as well as discuss issues at monthly meetings that pertain to their beloved sport. Their website is full of information on fun weekend rides. Taken directly from their website they motto reads, "We encourage all our members to be informed, registered voters. We write letters to our elected officials and stay aware of what is going on with motorcycle legislation, education and other transportation issues. We spread the word about motorcycle safety, awareness, and education. And to do that we have events and motorcycle runs."
